Network and Topology  

ARTMOTION's multihomed internet backbone is connected to 2 major Tier1 ISP-s in Kosova with possibilities of fast and easy capacity widening. Artmotion uses BGP dynamic routing to route its international traffic to peers and upstreams, which gives us the possibility to offer high redundancy and uptime for our services. Connected through fiber optic cable to its Upstram Providers, ARTMOTION's redundancy,stability, high quality of services and customer oriented technical support has ranked ARTMOTION to one of the 3 major Internet Providers in Kosovo with 1. network coverage, 2.number of business subscribers served and 3. capacities to Internet.

From our (currently) 11 Points of Presence, where we have deployed multipoint access systems we cover more than 1.5 million populated area, from 2.4 millions that Kosova is considered to have after war. Our wireless access infrastructure is meshed with different technology from different vendors on standardized IEE802.11a and IEE802.16d standard. Distribution from our network operation center to points of presence is done via high capacity ‘dual radio' links with round trip time of <10ms within our network edge.

Artmotion on its core has a Cisco equipment Powered Network which features Cisco routers of 7500, 7200 series and Cisco Catalyst switches operating in Gigabit Ethernet level, leaving us enough space for future upgrades and easier growth of our network capacities.

Due to high availability and high capacity network a lot of renowned clients starting from small businesses and corporates, network operators, voice over ip operators, goverment and non-goverment instutions are connected to our network and use our services for mission critical applications.

Network Monitoring and Maintenance
ARTMOTION is dedicated to provide highest service level supported by different quality of service through existing network. We do have a Network Operation Centre from where we monitor in details network latency, network usage, availability of services and a dedicated costumer technical support.

Costumer Satiscfaction and Service Delivery Control
ARTMOTION tends every-time to deliver the contracted SLA with costumers and through controlling mechanism tends to assure that the costumer satisfaction is at the highest level. ARTMOTION management staff has created a direct contact personel also called as Account Managers with which tries to avoid obstacles that can be created between pure technical stuff and costumers. Through this process ARTMOTION shows its will to provide highest level of costumers satisfaction for paid services.
